How to Play 4D Lotto
Rules, Bet Types & Draw Schedule
How the game works
-
1
Tickets are sold at authorised PCSO outlets.
PCSO sells only to people aged 18 and over.
-
2
A play consists of 4 digits.
Each digit is from 0 to 9, and digits may repeat.
Lucky Pick (LP) is an option where the terminal selects the numbers at random instead of the player choosing them.
-
3
Each play carries a bet type, which sets how the numbers must match.
This game has a single bet type — the numbers must match in exact order.
-
4
A play costs ₱10.
Once printed, a ticket cannot be cancelled or changed, so the numbers, date and draw time are worth checking at the counter.
-
5
Draws are broadcast live, and results are published here shortly afterwards.

What the odds mean
No. Every combination has exactly the same chance in every draw. Hot, cold, overdue and pattern-based methods do not change the odds — the draw has no memory of previous draws. What the odds mean →
